Mr. Orr has over 30 years of experience financing companies across a broad industry spectrum. He previously served as a senior officer with Comerica Bank in various capacities, including chief credit officer and regional president as well as national director of energy finance. With a focus on privately owned middle market businesses, he has structured senior debt transactions for acquisitions and strategic expansion in conjunction with sponsor groups and mezzanine/equity investors. Mr. Orr earned a BBA in Finance from Midwestern State University and a MBA in Finance from University of North Texas.
