Since joining M&S in 2003, Mr. Powell has provided business advice on many of our private equity and mezzanine debt projects. Ed was with the Houston office of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 35 years, for the last 10 he was the office managing partner.  After retiring from PwC, Ed consulted with and invested in a number of middle market companies.  He serves on the boards of several companies and non-profit organizations.  Mr. Powell is a graduate of Texas A&M University.
